High Protein Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
- 8 ice cubes- 1/2 cup soy milk- 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder (I use Gold Standard Whey Protein Powder in Double Rich Chocolate)- 2 TBS Better'n Peanut Butter (this is also sold under the name Peanut Wonder - its a lower calorie peanut butter type product that is great in recipes - you can get it at Trader Joe's. But you could also use regular peanut butter, just add 100 cals to the total)
Directions
Just mix everything together and blend. I use a hand blender because I think it is easier to use and clean. This makes one large smoothie.
