Ingredients
1.25 lbs. Ground Beef2 eggs1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated1 cup Bread Crumbs - Italian Style1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup(Dry Mix)1 tbsp. Parsley, dried1 tbsp. Garlic powder (or to taste)1 tbsp. Italian Seasoning (or to taste)1 tbsp. Onions, dehydrated flakes1/3 cup Tomato Sauce or Ketchup2 tsp Pepper, black (or to taste)
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well.
2. Form into a loaf or place into loaf pan.
3. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Drain excess grease, cut and serve.
