Lemon Garlic Dressing

Ingredients
4-5 cloves garlic, diced/crushed finely3 Tbsp red wine vinegar 4-5 tbsp. lemon juice3-4 Tbsp olive oilPinch oreganoTsp of Dijon Mustard (optional)Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Add all ingrediants to a bowl and whisk, or shake together in a jar.

Makes enough for about 6 servings, tbsp each serving. You can tweak the amounts of each ingrediant for preferred taste.
