Vegetarian Mexican Caserole

Ingredients
- 4 whole wheat 8-inch tortillas- 2 cups Morningstar burger crumbles- 2 cups of mild thick/chunky salsa- 1 can refried beans- 1 bag reduced fat 4-cheese mexican shredded cheeseNot included in calories/optional:- chopped/sliced jalepenos- sour cream- black olives
Directions
Heat crumbles on stove top pot until break apart then add salsa. Mix over medium heat and stir in refried beans until heated through.

Spread 2 heated tortillas on bottom of a pan, cover with half meat mixture. Cover with 1/2 bag of cheese. Repeat for top layer.

Heat for 30 minutes or until bubbly on top!
