Easy Crockpot Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
4 bell peppers1/2 lb ground venison (ground beef if desired)1 pkg Uncle Ben's Whole Grain Ready Rice (8oz)1 jar Trader Joes Organic Marinara Sauce (3 cups)1/4 cup parmesan cheese1 T Garlic Salt (if desired)
Directions
Take tops off of peppers and clear out inside. Mix ground venison, rice, parmesan cheese and garlic salt in bowl.

Stuff meat mixture into four peppers and place in crockpot. Pour marinara sauce over peppers and cook on low for 8 hours.

Serves 4 , but can feed 6. Nutritionals for 4 servings.
