Bob's Berry Smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 c frozen blueberries1 c frozen strawberries1 small banana1/2 c plain or vanilla yogurt (fat free)1 c fat free milk1 Tbsp of ground flaxseed 3 or 4 ice cubes
Directions
Blend all ingredients (except ice cubes) together in a blender until smooth. Add ice cubes, blend. Enjoy!

    I modified this slightly -- no blueberries and wheat germ instead of flaxseed. I didn't need the ice cubes. But it tastes GREAT! - 4/6/07
