1 15 oz can libbys corned beef hash8 slices Sunbeam lite wheat breadI cant believe its not butter original buttery spray1 large egg2 tablespoons dukes light mayo
Makes 4 big servings
Add corn beef, and egg to skillet. Cook on low to medium until good and hot stirring frequently. Spray one side of each piece of bread with the buttery spray. Toast the bread in the oven on broil until lightly browned. Put a half a tablespoon mayo on 4 pieces of bread. Top with corned beef and the other 4 slices of bread.
