Grilled Turkey and Ham Sandwiches

Ingredients
1 tbs light mayo1 tsp Dijon mustard4 (1oz) slices fat free turkey breast4 (1 oz) slices low fat ham 4 slices KRAFT fat free cheese8 (1/4 inch thick) tomato8 slices Sara Lee, Delightful Wheat Breadcooking spray
Directions
Combine mayo and mustard in small bowl. Spread out 1 tsp of mixture over 1 side of each for 4 bread slices. Top each slice with 1 slice turkey, Ham and cheese and 2 tomato slices. Top with remaining bread slices.
Heat a skillet over med heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add sandwiches to pan cook 4 min or until browned. Turn sandwich over cook 2 min or until cheese is melted. Makes 4 servings. Serving size is 1 sandwich. 4 WW pts per serving

    I like this recipe. I made a few modifications, instead of Dijon mustard I used regular yellow mustard adding a couple of drops of honey; and added the mustard, honey and mayo together to make honey mustard.

    I also left out the ham and just made a turkey melt.
