KC's low carb stroganoff

Ingredients
8 oz's of ground beef 93% lean2 cans of cream of mushroom soup10 fl oz of water2 cups mixed veggies
Directions
Makes 4 1-cup servings

Brown the ground beef, drain off any excess fat. Then in a sauce pan combine all ingredients, stirring occassionally. Could sprinkle some cheese on top, or even some shake parmession.
