1 serving of cooking spray1 small potato (3 oz)2 tsp herbal seasoning
Preheat oven to 450 degres. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray and set aside. Scub but do not peel potato. Slice in half, lengthwise, then slice each half into strips and place on baking sheet. Spray potatoes lightly with cooking spray and the snrinkle with your favorite herbal seasoning. Bake 20 minutes/until golden.
