2 - 4 cloves1 tsp dry ginger3 - 4 star anise 5 - 6 cardomon pods, open and remove seeds1/2 tsp fennel5 black pepper cornsstevia, leaves or powder2 cups hot water1 cup soy milk, warm or room temperature
Grind all dry ingredients into a powder with coffee grinder. Put into a tea bag or pouch and steep in hot water for at least 5 minutes. Add soy milk. Delicious warm or cold. For a warm drink, heat on low or microwave.
Powder can also be stored in glass container or tea bags for later use.
