Low Carb "Cheese Bread" (no flour)

2 slices of resturant quality American Cheese(not the stuff from the grocery store individually wrapped)
Using something that will release, such as plastic coated freezer paper, place a piece of the release in the microwave and spray with non stick spray. Arrange the two pieces of cheese on the paper so they have at least one inch between.
Microwave on high for 1 minute 10 seconds to 1 minute 45 seconds depending on your microwave. They will bubble and get brown spots. Don't overcook. When slightly browned and no longer looking melty, cancel cooking and pat flat with a spatula. Remove from microwave and allow to cool. Use as bread.
We use it for sandwiches, for a "crust" for low carb pizza, for chips and dip. The possibilities are endless.
