1/3 c. Splenda Brown Sugar Blend1/4 c. Cornstarch1/8 tsp. salt2 1/2 c. skim milkMedium apple, cored, and sliced
In a medium saucepan, stir together the brown sugar, cornstarch, and salt, crushing any lumps in the brown sugar and cornstarch with the back of the spoon. Gradually stir in the milk until smooth, with a whisk. Place the pan over medium heat and, stirring constantly, with a wooden spoon, bring to a boil. Boil, stirring, until thickened, about 1 minute. Remove from the heat. Pour into 4 serving bowls and chill until serving time, if desired. The pudding can also be served warm. Serve with apple slices on the side so they can be dipped.
