Healthy Roasted Asparagus Soup

Ingredients
2 Bundles of Asparagus (about 4 cups chopped)1-2 Leeks- cleaned and chopped6 cans 99% fat free Chicken Broth3 Garlic Cloves1 tbsp Olive Oil1 teaspoon dried thymesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
**Makes about 6-8 servings**

Cut and Clean Veggies and minch garlic. Brown garlic with table spoon of oil. add chopped leeks to garlic and oil and cook until soft. add asparagus and dried thyme and cook for an additional 5 min or when aroma is released. Add chicken broth and cook until medium heat until asparagus is tender.

In a blender or food processor, blend soup in small batches. add salt and pepper to season
