Sweet Potato Souffle

Ingredients
1/2 cubed and cokked yams4 oz whipping cream1/4 c. brown sugar1 T butter1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Puree yams in blender until smooth. Add other ingredients and mixed together well. Pour in baking dish and bake for 30 min @ 350. Serves approximately 4 in 2/3 c servings.
