Combine 1 cup milk, 1 banana, 2 1/2 teaspoon on cocoa-unsweetened, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 3/4 teaspoon of vanilla, 4 ice cubes and 1 tablespoon of wheat germ in blender and blend. Makes 2 servings.
