Yolk Free Egg Salad

Ingredients
10 hard boiled egg whites1.2 cup raw onion, chopped2 teaspoons yellow mustard1/2 cup Light salad dressingSeasonings to taste.
Directions
Hardboil 10 eggs.

Peel and discard the yolk. Cut up and mix with other ingredients.

Put on bread and enjoy!
