Ramen Noodle Salad with Chicken

1 head of cabbage3 large green onions1/4 cup of sliced almonds1/4 cup of sesame seeds1 package of oriental flavor ramen noodles1 tsp of white sugar1 cup of vegetable or corn oil3 tbsp of Nakano rice vinegar or apple cider vinegarOptional: To make a main dish, add 1 cup of chopped cooked chicken. Nutritional value calculated with chicken breast.
Toast almonds and sesame seeds in a 350 degree oven for 5 minutes. Crush uncooked ramen noodles and set aside with nuts and seeds. Chop cabbage and slice green onions, set in a different bowl from the nuts and seeds.
Take the oil, vinegar, sugar, and ramen noodle seasoning and combine them in a shaker. Combine all ingredients and pour dressing over the top. Serve immediately.
