2 CANS CHICKEN BROTH1.5 CUP SKIM MILK4 OUNCES VELVETTA CHEESE1/2 CUP FLOUR2 TABLESPOONS BUTTER10 FROZEN BROCCOLISALT,PEPPER, 1 TSP EACHGARLIC POWDER 2 TSP.GARLIC POWDER 2 TSP
PLACE BROTH AND BROCCOLI IN A SAUCE PAN ON MED. HEAT. BOIL FOR 10 MIN. MEAN WHILE MIX CHEESE, MILK, AND FLOUR IN A BLENDER AND BLEND UNTIL CHEESE IS WELL MIXED INTO THE MILK AND FLOUR.
ADD SALT, PEPPER AND GARLIC POWDER TO SAUCE PAN. THEN ADD MILK MIXTURE. BRING BACK TO A BOIL UNTIL SLIGHTLY THICKEN. SERVE HOT.
