1 can buttermilk biscuits (7.5 oz)1 cup frozen stirfry vegetables (thawed)3/4 cup spaghetti sauce1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 375. Press biscuits into 3-inch rounds and place in greased 12-cup muffin pan. Combine vegetables and spaghetti sauce and distribute evenly among prepared muffin cups. Bake 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
