Mom's Chili 'Of Course'

Ingredients
1 lb. extra lean ground beef1 small onion, chopped1 can tomato soup, undiluted0.25 cup flour3 tablespoons chili powder1 pkg. hamburger buns1 teaspoon granulated sugar
Directions
In a heavy skillet, brown hamberger with onions till onions are translucent. Sprinkle chili powder over hamburger, then sprinkle flour over all and stir in. Add canned tomato soup and stir in with a little water till everything blends well. Simmer to mesh the flavors, then before serving stir in 1 t. sugar. Serve on hamburger buns.
