Beef and Broccoli

Ingredients
London Broil, 12 ozBroccoli, fresh, 1 bunchOnions, raw, 1 cup, choppedTeriyaki Sauce, 2 packet Olive Oil, 1 tbsp *Soy Sauce, 2 tbspWhite Rice, long grain, 2 cup
Directions
Heat oil, cook meat until no longer pink then remove from pan. Add 2 cloves garlic and soy sauce, cook 1 min on med. Add broccoli and onion, cook 3-5 min. Return meat to pan add teriyaki sauce, stir and serve over rice.
