cook cabbage. drain. brown ground turkey. drain. cook bacon. till crisp. Add cooked ground turkey. Salt, pepper, garlic powder & parlsy. Mix well. Pour over cooked cabbage. Pour 1/2 cup fat free half & half. Cover & microwave till heated. About 4 minutes
