Crockpot Roasted Chicken

Ingredients
1 Whole Roasting Chicken (3 lbs)1-2 cups Baby Carrots1 large Onion, cut in 8ths3 Cloves Garlic Peeled2 tsp Season Salt
Directions
Put all ingredients in Crock Pot. Cook on high 4 hours or on low 8 hours in Crock Pot. Serve with brown rice.
