Red Velvet cupcake

Ingredients
1 cup of splenda (above I couldnt convert tsp to cups so sorry bout that)2.5 cup cake flour1 tea baking soda1 tea salt2 tbp cocoa powder.5 cup olive oil or veggie oil2 eggs1 cup buttermilk.5 tea vinegar1 tea vanilla2 tablespoons of red food color ( I didnt add to ingredient list cause i couldnt find it)
Directions
heat oven to 325. mix the dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately. then dump wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. then put them in cupcake pans lined with cupcake wrappers. bake for about 18 minutes.

top with a vanilla or cream cheese frosting.
