I have been eating this breakfast for quite a while now, and my whole family loves it! My kids call it "The 3 Bears Porridge" (like from the Goldilocks story), and it's always like a special treat when we have left-over brown rice to make this breakfast! :) It's a power-packed energy booster! - 10/9/09
