.25 cup brown rice flour1 oz watersalt
Directions
Sift the flour with the salt.
Sprinkle water over the mix and gently mix with your fingers to moisten ALL the flour, forming small crumbs.

Moisten a little bit more.

Microwave for a minute on high

Cool a little

Eat, with a mashed banana.
