My Mexican Lasagna

Ingredients
1 lb. ground turkey2 tsp Old El Paso taco seasoning mix, reduced sodium2 cups Kraft 2% shredded cheddar cheese6 whole wheat tortillas1 cup salsa1 cup reduced fat sour cream
Directions
Brown ground turkey in large skillet, drain. Stir in taco seasoning mix and salsa and heat until warm. Spread a small amount of meat mixture into bottom of round casserole dish. Place one tortilla on top. Spread small amount of meat mixture on top of tortilla and top with small amount of cheddar cheese. Continue layering, ending with cheddar cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for approximately 25-30 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly. Serve with sour cream. Makes 8 servings.
