1/2 cup Non Fat Yogurt1/4 cup Non Fat Milk1/4 packet dry Sugar Free French Vanilla pudding powder (more or less to you taste)1 cup frozen unsweetened berries
Add yogurt, milk and dry pudding mix to blender and combine. Add frozen berries when combined while blender still running. No need to add ice when using frozen fruit. Be crative with your fruit, there are lots of combinations to enjoy!!!

Wanted to let you all know that I tried this with frozen strawberries, a banana, and some vanilla flovored protein powdr instead of the pudding. It turned out wonderfully!
