Catalina Taco Salad

Ingredients
3/4 lb. extra lean ground beef2 tbs. taco seasoning3/4 c. water1/2 head lettuce, chopped1 medium tomato, diced1/4 medium onion, diced1/2 cup 2% Milk Mexican cheese1/2 cup Kraft Fat Free Catalina Dressing3 oz Baked Nacho Cheese Doritos (about 45 chips)
Directions
Brown the beef; drain off fat. Add water and taco seasoning. Let cool. In large bowl mix taco meat, lettuce, tomato, onion, and cheese. Crush Doritos into smaller pieces and mix in bowl. Pour dressing over top and stir.

Makes about 8 1 cup servings.
