1 Package Baby Spinach or Spring Mix Lettuce1 Cup chopped mushrooms1 Red Bell Pepper cut into strips1 Green Bell Pepper cut into strips1 Yellow Bell Pepper cut inton strips1 Cup Cottage Cheese
Chop all vegetables. Pour spinach into large bowl. Put a hand full of spinach into smaller dish add vegetables to salad with cottage cheese and serve. Makes 4 servings.
