Beef and Bulgar Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground beef1/2 c. chopped onion1 can diced tomatoes(drained)1 c. bulgar2 c. water2 beef bullion cubes1 garlic clove, choppedsaltpepperoreganosoy parmesan cheese
Directions
brown the ground beef and onions, drain any grease.

mix in a casserole dish with the rest of the ingredients.

Add seasonings to taste.
Bake 350 degrees for 30-40 min

sprinkle with soy parmesan cheese

    This is really good. We replaced the hamburger with ground turkey to reduce calories and used Mexican spiced tomatoes for a little more zing. Really good taste. Thanks. - 3/10/10
