16 ounces Chicken Breast, skinless, boneless, preboiled1 cup, chopped Onion1 cup, diced Celery1 large can Hunts Diced Tomatoes 1 tbsp Chili powder, 1 tbsp Cumin seed, 2 cup Beans, red kidney, 2 tbsp Olive Oil
In large frying pan, add olive oil, onions, celery, garlic and diced preboiled chicken breast. Saute until onions are translucent. Add drained kidney beans, chili powder and cumin and mix. Add can of diced tomatoes. Serve over brown rice or with crackers if desired. 6-8 servings
