Ingredients
* Carrots, raw, 3 cup, chopped * *Flour, white, 2 cup * Granulated Sugar, 2 cup * Baking Powder, 1 tsp * Baking Powder, 1 tsp * Baking Soda, 1 tsp * Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp *Vegetable oil 1 cup * Egg, fresh, 4 large * Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp * Walnuts, 1 cup, chopped (optional)
Directions
in a food processor or blender add 1 pound of carrots. then add all the wet ingredients. If u choose u can grate by hand. then in another bowl mix all the dry ingredients. then blend all ingredients all together, until well blended.. bake at 350 degrees for 45 mins or till done.
