4 hardboiled eggs.5-1 tbsp Yellow Mustard or Dijon1 tbsp Mayo1 Celery Stalk Chopped finely4-5 Baby Carrots (or 1/2 of a regular sized carrot ) shredded

Chop eggs and mix in ingredients.
