Ingredients
Ginger Root, 2 tsp (remove)Garlic, 4 clove (remove)Onions, raw, 0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)*Potato, raw, 3 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) (remove)Turmeric, ground, 1.5 tbsp (remove)Peas, frozen, 1 cup (remove)Cilantro, raw, 2 tbsp (remove)Salt, 2 tsp (remove)Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
saute chopped ginger garlic and onion in oil
add potatoes and about 1/2 cup water
cover and cook until tender about 10min
add remainder of ingredients cook uncovered 5 min further
Serves 3 (big servings!!)
