Ingredients
1.5 lbs ground beef2 eggs1/2 cup bread crumbs1/4 cup milk2tbsp bbq saucegarlic powder & salt & pepper ____1 can condensed tomato soup1/2 can of 2 % milk (refill the soup can 1/2 way)3 peppers, green, red & yellow cut into strips
Directions
Mix all ingredients (except the soup, milk & peppers) either in crock pot, or in a covered baking dish. Then shape into a rounded loaf.

Over the top pour 1 can condensed tomato soup, .5 can of milk (no need to mix) and all the pepper strips - use all different colors.

For crockpot - cover & cook at high 1 hour, then low 4-5 hours. For oven, cover and bake at 375 about 1/5 hours

Makes the most incredible sauce!

We've also substituted salsa for the BBQ sauce, or Pace makes "Mexican Simmer Sauce" and we've used that instead of the tomato soup.

Also works with Mushroom soup & then sliced mushrooms & onions instead of the peppers.
