French Fried Onion Coated Chicken

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, 2 breast, bone and skin removedEgg, fresh, 2 large beatenFrench Fried Onions, 1 1/2 cups crushed
Directions
Preheat oven to 375-400 degrees

Coat chicken breast in beaten egg mixture, then coat in crushed french fried onions. Place on baking sheet.

Bake for 20-30 minutes, depends on how large the pieces of chicken are.

Pair with your favorite lo-cal side dish & enjoy.
