Baked Banana Chips

Ingredients
4 Bananas thinly sliced4 Tablespoons orange juice
Directions
1. Peel and slice banana thinly. dip lightly in juice.
2. Spray Light cooking oil on baking sheet.
Lay bananas flat on baking sheet.
3. Bake in a hot oven (250°C) for 15 to 20 minutes or until crisp.

    Easy to make and delicious. I just wish I could cut down the baking time some how. I also like these best fresh out of the oven and not completely dried out. They are slightly chewy that way instead of crunchy. - 10/6/10
