Ingredients
3 cup ww pasta1lb chicken (calorie info is with 14oz b/c that is what I have)1.5 cup milk1 cup frozen corn1 cup frozen peas.5 cup shredded Parmesan
Directions
Cook chicken. Cook pasta. Cook and drain frozen peas and carrots. Combine all ingredients (save some cheese to sprinkle over the top) and bake for 10 mins at 350.
