Ingredients
1 cup Yellow Corn Meal1 cup shifted flour1/4 cup splenda3 teaspoons backing powder1 teaspoon salt1/4 cup oil1 cup milk1 egg beatenPreheat to 425 F
Directions
Mix dry items and mix wet items blend the two . Pour into muffin pan and bake.

Makes 12 small muffins or you cna substitute 9X9 X2 backing pan for corn bread instead of muffins.
