Ingredients
1/3 cup splenda3 large egg whites1 bag (14oz) sweetened flaked coconut1 cup chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line muffin tin with 15 cupcake papers. Beat egg whites at high speed until soft peaks form. Gradually add splenda and mix until whites stand stiff. Stir in coconut. Spoon into tin. Make a hole in center of each cookie with a wooded spoon. Fill with chocolate chips (about 4-5 in each one). Bake for 25 minutes. Cool in pan for 5 minutes and then transfer to rack to cool completetly
