Ingredients
1.5 to 2 lbs. Chicken Breast2 cups Kelloges Corn Flakessalt, pepper, garlic power to taste.I cup Franks originalLight Ranch Dressing for dippingCelery stalks
Directions
Slice Chicken Breasts--long way-- to make 'strips'
Grind corn flakes to a fine grade
dip chicken stips into Frank's and then coat with corn flakes.
Bake 15 minutes, turn and bake another 5 minutes or until tender.
Serve with light ranch dressing for dipping and celery stalks.
