Ingredients
1 container grape or cherry tomatoes1 TBS extra virgin olive oil2 cloves garlic, minced1 tsp rosemary, dried
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Place tomatoes on baking sheet.

Add minced garlic, rosemary, and extra virgin olive oil to baking sheet. Mix in with tomatoes.

Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, or until tomatoes burst.

    Very Good. I have been looking for an easier version of cooking roma tomoatoes. It is great to cook up a batch and use as a base for combining with other foods. I like to make a batch of ground turkey for example and then combine with tomotoes for a quick meal. - 10/17/09
