Ingredients
Cherry TomatosSpinachOlive OilGarlicBasil leavesRed OnionRed Bell PepperFeta Cheese
Directions
Stir-fry garlic, onion and red bell pepper until soft. Add spinach, basil leaves and tomato, stiring until leaves are wilted. Plate and sprinkle 2 oz. of feta cheese over the salad.

Serve and enjoy!
