3/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil5 taplespoons Lemon Juice2 cups Garbanzo Beans (Chickpeas)3 - 4 teaspoons Minced Garlic1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
Directions
In a food processor, combine the oil, lemon juice, beans, garlic, and salt: cover and process until smoothe. Makes 6 servings of 2/3 cups.
