Italian cheese bread

Ingredients
Dry Ingredients:1 pkt dry yeast2 cup Gourmet Blend flour1/2 cup Parmesan cheese2 tsp garlic powder1 tsp Italian seasoning2 tsp xanthan gum1 tsp salt1/2 tsp baking soda2 tbl sugarWet Ingredients:2 tbl margarine3/4 cup plain yogurt2 x eggs room temperature, beaten1 tsp rice vinegar7/8 cup warm water
Directions
makes 1 loaf

Mix all dry ingredients. Whisk to mix thoroughly. Transfer to machine. Combine and whisk all liquid ingredients. Transfer to machine. This is a very moist dinner bread. If you desire to reduce the moisture and make a larger loaf, increase the flour by 1/2 cup.
