Sweet French Toast

Ingredients
1/4 cup Skim Milk1/2 cup Egg Substitute1 tsp Vanilla Extract (or to taste)1 tsp Cinnamon, ground (or to taste)1 tsp Granulated Sugar (or to taste)1 tsp Nutmeg, ground (or to taste)
Directions
Mix together all ingredients. Dip bread in mixture (or soak it if preferred) and place on hot pan. Brown bread on both sides.

Serve warm with your choice of butter, syrup, berries, etc.

Makes about 8-10 slices (depending on if you dip or soak the bread).
