Ingredients
1/2 Cup of Milk1/2 Cup of POM Pomegranate Blueberry juice1 Tbsp of Bobs Ground Flaxseed.1/2 cup of frozen mango1/2 cup of frozen peaches1/2 of medium frozen banana1 scoop of protein powder1 cup of ice
Directions
Blend the liquids, protein powder and flaxseed in a blender.

Add frozen fruit and ice. For a more thinner smoother add only 1/2 cup of ice.
