1 whole wheat hamburger bun ( I used Arnold Select Whole Wheat sandwhich rolls (150 cal.) but you can use what you like)3 oz. ground beef, extra lean1 tsp. light mayo1 large lettuce leaf1 slice tomato1 slice onion1-2 tsp. ketchup3 slices pickle
Lightly toast your bun if desired. Cook burger to desired doneness, either on top of stove or on the grill. Spread light mayo on top of bun, add lettuce, tomato and onion. Put burger on bottom of bun and add ketchup and pickles. Assemble burger and enjoy.
